As a recent Pay Equity Ambassador it is our goal to help support gender pay equality across our business, and also to help drive action across Australian and global businesses.

Today the Workplace Gender Equality Agency released a snapshot of the 2016-17 reporting data which highlights a few key issues, but also some positive outcomes Australian businesses are taking.

Have a look at the Australia’s gender equality scorecard and the latest video from WGEA that summarize their findings of where progress has been made and what areas still need more improvement.
