October 29, 2025 ![](https://biarrinetworks.com/hubfs/Client%20Director%20events%20(2)-Oct-23-2025-05-51-27-2921-PM.png) 🎥 *Watch JT explain how we bring all stakeholders together to get projects from planning to permits faster.* At Biarri, our engineering process is built around one simple idea: the best networks are designed when **everyone’s in the room from the start**. Instead of jumping straight into the design, we begin by aligning every stakeholder, from network owners to construction contractors on how the network will be planned, designed, and permitted. This up-front collaboration saves months of rework, ensures consistent designs, and gets you to permits faster. --- ### **1. Bringing Every Stakeholder to the Table** Before a single design file is created, Biarri hosts an *Establishment Session: *a one or two day workshop where every key player comes together. We align on: - **Engineering standards** that will guide the project - **Design and build expectations** - **Construction realities** that impact design choices Some customers come prepared with engineering documentation, others don’t. Either way, we help create or refine that spec and hand it back as a clear, standardized guide for all future work. --- ### **2. From Pilot Design to Full Rollout** Once everyone’s aligned, we build a **pilot design, **typically covering a few hundred to a few thousand homes. This design becomes a real-world test case to: - Validate assumptions - Gather stakeholder feedback - Confirm that designs are practical and constructible We iterate together until the customer is confident that the design we’ve produced is the one they want to build and operate. --- ### **3. Scaling Fast - Without Cutting Corners** After the pilot is approved, the fun begins. Our team can scale designs across thousands of homes quickly, sometimes up to 30,000 homes moving through design, engineering, and permitting in under a year. We validate constructibility, generate detailed designs with exact material quantities, and deliver **permit-ready construction prints, **everything needed to keep crews building without bottlenecks. --- Our approach to engineering isn’t about churning out designs as fast as we can, it’s about **designing networks that work**. By prioritizing collaboration and clarity from the start, we help customers move from concept to permits faster, with fewer surprises in the field. *Want to get your network to permits faster?* Talk to our team → [https://bit.ly/4jx0Kcm](https://bit.ly/4jx0Kcm)  Share this post - [![](https://biarrinetworks.com/hubfs/Biarri%20Network%20Theme%202025/Blog/link-alt.svg) ](https://biarrinetworks.com/articles/from-planning-to-permits-meet-biarri-the-brains-behind-the-build) - [![](https://biarrinetworks.com/hubfs/Biarri%20Network%20Theme%202025/Blog/LinkedIn.svg) ](https://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=true&url=https://biarrinetworks.com/articles/from-planning-to-permits-meet-biarri-the-brains-behind-the-build) - [![](https://biarrinetworks.com/hubfs/Biarri%20Network%20Theme%202025/Blog/X.svg) ](https://twitter.com/home?status=https://biarrinetworks.com/articles/from-planning-to-permits-meet-biarri-the-brains-behind-the-build) - [![](https://biarrinetworks.com/hubfs/Biarri%20Network%20Theme%202025/Blog/Facebook.svg) ](https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=https://biarrinetworks.com/articles/from-planning-to-permits-meet-biarri-the-brains-behind-the-build) --- ### Join our newsletter to stay up to date on features and releases. ### Related Posts [![](https://biarrinetworks.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202025-11-05%20at%2011.28.26%20AM.png?width=352&name=Screenshot%202025-11-05%20at%2011.28.26%20AM.png) ](https://biarrinetworks.com/articles/starting-fast-isnt-always-right-meet-biarri-the-brains-behind-the-build) Network Design Meet Biarri a video series ##### Starting Fast Isn't Always Right - Meet Biarri: The Brains Behind the Build [Watch now ](https://biarrinetworks.com/articles/starting-fast-isnt-always-right-meet-biarri-the-brains-behind-the-build) [![](https://biarrinetworks.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Biarri%20Network%20Theme%202025/Purchased%20iStock%20images/iStock-522647492.jpg?width=352&name=iStock-522647492.jpg) ](https://biarrinetworks.com/articles/from-blueprint-to-build-streamlining-the-low-level-design-process-1) Low Level Design Network Design ##### From Blueprint to Build: Streamlining the Low-Level Design Process [Watch now ](https://biarrinetworks.com/articles/from-blueprint-to-build-streamlining-the-low-level-design-process-1) [![](https://biarrinetworks.com/hs-fs/hubfs/General%20Social%20Posts%20(19)-1.png?width=352&name=General%20Social%20Posts%20(19)-1.png) ](https://biarrinetworks.com/articles/stop-burning-your-engineers-on-subdivision-design) Power ##### Stop Burning Your Engineers on Subdivision Design [Watch now ](https://biarrinetworks.com/articles/stop-burning-your-engineers-on-subdivision-design) [![image 8](https://biarrinetworks.com/hubfs/Biarri%20Network%20Theme%202025/Home/image%208.svg) ](https://biarrinetworks.com/) ###### FOND PLATFORM - Planner - [ Financial Modeler ](https://biarrinetworks.com/fond-financial-modeler) - Collaboration ###### Solutions - [ Network Planning ](https://biarrinetworks.com/network-planning) - [ Network Design ](https://biarrinetworks.com/network-design) ###### ABOUT BIARRI - [ Who We Are ](https://biarrinetworks.com/about) - [ Work With Us ](https://biarrinetworks.com/work-with-us) - [ Resources ](https://biarrinetworks.com/resources) - [ FOND Knowledge Hub ](https://fondhelp.biarrinetworks.com/) - [ Contact ](https://biarrinetworks.com/contact) ###### Subscribe Join our newsletter to stay up to date on features and releases. - © 2026 Biarri.
