The cost to serve tool in FOND Planner allows users to analyze CapEx across network plans by reviewing high-cost addresses and reprioritizing them to enhance financial feasibility. Through methods like identifying high-cost addresses (those exceeding $1,500), toggling between cost views (accumulated, shared, and individual), and removing outliers, users can create cost-efficient designs, ultimately reducing total network costs.
